Highly recommend this hotel

I was very nervous booking a hotel on Travelocity since I had never been to Paris. It turned out the be better that we could have expected. We were in Paris for 4 days and loved it. I think our impression of the entire city had a lot to do with the hotel. Fantastic location - we walked everywhere, but it wasn’t loud or crowded right outside the hotel. Great view - we had a corner room with a direct view of the Arc de Triomphe, just like the pictures on the internet show. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The staff at the front desk made us feel so welcome. They were friendly, happy to speak English, and gave great suggestions for restaurants and photo opportunities. They also kept our luggage after we checked out the last day so we could spend a few more hours enjoying the city.
A few tips - take the Air France bus to and from the hotel if you are flying into the city. It was so easy, just as quick as a taxi, and it stops in front of the hotel. You can even buy tickets at the front desk. Buy some bottled water and snacks at the grocery store (we found one a block or so from the hotel). It is hard to find a cheap bite to eat when you are out touring the city.
