he hotel and staff at this hotel is without a doubt a winner. Nothing was too difficult or trouble for anyone to help or assist. Spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable and clean. Farooq, the head conceirge was fantastic. I believe my wife said it all in a simple statement. “When you think something is going to be fantastic and it’s many times better than that, what can you say.”

My compliments to a wonderful city, hotel and people. You have created many years of wonderful memories.
