loved splendid!

We stayed at the Splendid Etoile hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was lovely and clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.My only disappointment was that i didn’t get a room overlooking the Arc.I requested it when booking my superior room but was told on arrival that i had been upgraded to a junior suite.The hotel couldn’t be better placed for the air france coach and getting to the hotel from the airport was so easy.I was traveling with my mum(this was her 60th birthday present) and my 14yr old daughter and we had the best time ever.Paris was wonderful(so easy to walk round) and the hotel was great.
