We moved to this hotel after a disappointing experience at the Hotel Napoleon 5 minutes walk away. Service was extremely friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The concierge on duty was extremely helpfull and friendly. Location was perfect just down a minute from the Arc du Triomphe and the metro right at the door. The room was clean, elegant and well appointed. The internet was easy to use and set up. Bathroom was great. The bar was small and service a little slow as the bartender was busy talking on the phone much of the time but otherwise well appointed. Rate was 240 Euros which we felt was more than reasonable and a bargain compared to some of the other hotels we checked out. We would stay again, great hotel, service, location, and friendly.
